This means CBD products derived from industrial hemp are legal at the federal level.

However, some states have laws regarding the legality of CBD products. For instance, Idaho, Iowa, and South Dakota still consider all CBD products illegal, while Nebraska only allows CBD products prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
